About Xwurk
We exist for the messy, exciting middle of growth.
Xwurk is a Growth & Operations Partner based in Holland, Michigan, serving Grand Rapids, the greater West Michigan area, and clients across the Midwest. We help businesses that have grown enough to feel the friction navigate what comes next.
Why we started Xwurk
We spent our careers inside growing organizations. We've felt the late nights, the misaligned teams, the reports that didn't agree, and the tools nobody used. We've also felt the relief when it finally clicked.
Most businesses don't need another vendor selling software or a consultant handing over a binder. They need a partner who understands what they're going through and stays in the room to make change actually happen.
So we built the partner we always wished we had.

Growth creates complexity
Every stage of growth adds people, customers, and moving parts. Complexity isn't failure, it's the natural cost of momentum.
Complexity creates friction
Left unaddressed, complexity turns into bottlenecks, silos, unreliable numbers, and teams working harder for less.
Alignment removes friction
When people, process, systems, and data point the same direction, growth stops feeling chaotic and starts feeling intentional.
The role we play
What does a growth partner do?
A growth partner sits between strategy and execution — close enough to the work to change it, accountable enough to see it through. Here's what that looks like in practice for the growing businesses we serve across West Michigan and the Midwest.

What does a growth partner do?
A growth partner works alongside your business to align people, process, systems, and data so you can scale without the chaos. Instead of handing over recommendations and walking away, we stay embedded in the work: owning outcomes, removing friction, and helping you make confident decisions as you grow.
How is a growth partner different from a consultant?
A consultant usually diagnoses the problem and delivers a report. A growth partner stays in the room to make change actually happen: taking shared responsibility for execution, results, and the ongoing rhythm of the business, not just the advice.
When should I bring in a growth partner?
When you've grown enough to feel real friction: misaligned teams, numbers that don't agree, processes that bottleneck, but not enough to have full enterprise resources. That's the messy middle, and it's exactly where the right partner turns complexity into momentum.
People, process, systems, data
Alignment is the whole job.
Fix only one and the others pull it back out of shape. We work across all four because that's where real, lasting change lives.
People
Process
Systems
Data
Meet the team
The people in the room with you.
We're operators, builders, and advisors who've felt the friction of growth firsthand — and we stay close to the work until change actually sticks.

What we stand for
Our values.
These are the principles that shape how we show up, make decisions, and partner with the teams we serve.
Own the outcome.
We take responsibility for the work we do and the impact it creates. We don't disappear after recommendations — we stay engaged, accountable, and committed to seeing things through.
Build with clarity.
Confusion slows everything down. We believe clarity creates confidence, momentum, and better decisions — for leaders and teams alike.
Stay human, always.
Business is built by people. We approach every conversation, challenge, and decision with empathy, honesty, and respect.
Design for growth.
We build with tomorrow in mind. Systems, roles, and processes should support where the business is going — not just where it's been.
Work in rhythm.
Sustainable growth isn't about sprinting nonstop. It's about pace, alignment, and consistency. We help teams find a rhythm that supports progress without burnout.
Let's Connect
Let's start a conversation.
Tell us what's on your mind. We'll talk through where you are, where you're headed, and how we might help. No pressure, no commitment.
